Graham Clements, CPA North Carolina Certificate #13683 gclements@kwhcpa.com Graham graduated from East Carolina University in 1980 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a concentration in accounting. In addition to his client audit and tax responsibilities, he serves as the Managing Partner for the firm.  Graham joined the firm in 1981 and since then has worked with a wide variety of small and mid-market, privately held companies and individuals in the areas of audit, accounting, taxation, merger and acquisitions, management advisory services and personal financial planning.  He has in-depth experience in commercial construction contractors and subcontractors, residential home builders and real estate, manufacturing and distribution, auto dealerships, retail, professional service industries, medical practices, estates, trusts and ERISA audits for retirement plans. Graham concentrates his practice in serving family owned and investor backed companies and has demonstrated his ability to help these companies grow, maximize shareholder value, mature and be successfully transferred to other family members, management groups or outside investors.   Graham has been a partner with the firm since 1988 and is an active member of the American Institute of Public Accountants, the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants, Raleigh chapters of the Construction Financial Management Association, Wake County Estate Planning Council and Church of the Good Shepherd.  He has also served as Board Member and Treasurer of the Raleigh Jaycees, Miss North Carolina Pageant and the Shepherd’s Table Soup Kitchen.
