Graham graduated from East Carolina University in 1980 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting. Graham joined the firm in 1981 and concentrates his practice mainly with construction, real estate, retail and professional service industries. Graham has been a partner with the firm since 1988. Graham is an active member of the Raleigh chapters of the Construction Financial Management Association, Estate Planning Council, and Institute of Management Accountants. Graham has extensive experience in tax planning for individual, corporate and estate taxes. Graham is a member of the American Institute of Public Accountants and the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants.   Paul has nineteen years of experience in public accounting, with concentrations in serving not-for-profit organizations and insurance entities. Paul is a graduate of Oglethorpe University in Atlanta, Georgia and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. In addition to membership in AICPA and NCACPA, Paul's professional associations include membership in Association Executives of North Carolina (AENC) and the North Carolina Center for Non-Profits. Paul has both authored articles and presented seminars on issues affecting not-for-profit organizations for AENC and NCACPA.

Chris has fourteen years of experience in public accounting, with a primary concentration in servicing not-for-profit organizations. Chris is a graduate of East Carolina University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree. In addition to membership in AICPA and NCACPA, Chris performs community services projects with Highwoods Kiwanis Club as well as having served as chairman of the finance committee at Asbury United Methodist Church. Chris has presented a seminar on budgeting for not-for-profits, in addition to writing several articles on issues affecting not-for-profit organizations. In 2003, Chris was awarded the designation "Certified Fraud Examiner." Chris is also a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.  

Lindy graduated from North Carolina State University in 1988 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting. Lindy has experience in auditing of small business, individual and corporate taxes as well as extensive experience in servicing not-for-profit organizations. Lindy is a member of the American Institute of Public Accountants and the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants.
